[Swordman Guy]

I really liked the idea behind this, but I think it was too ambitious. Like jlorp said, I like the design of the characters and the setting. I'm guessing you had to cut back on the animation and sound effects due to the time limit, and that's what I think you should've focused on from the very beginning if you wanted this fight to look/feel amazing. I still dig it either way. Good luck competing against Howards video haha!

I don't know why, but sometimes your art reminds me of butzboprud's. It still manages to be it's own original thing though. I really like it. The sound effects and your choice of music was awesome ( except the transition from the first song to the second. It felt off to me, but I can't figure out why). My attempts at putting any form of sound in my videos suck (IMO), so I really appreciate it when people do it right. Besides that, I like it! I wish it has a bigger story to it, but hey, you had to finish it quickly right? I'll let it slide this time.

Yeah, this was a bit of like a quick one shot gag, i hadn't wanted it to be anything too long just quick and to the point. I really enjoy Butzbo's style, it actually has always kinda reminded me of David Horvath (Uglydolls). You may be getting that vibe from the line work, especially in this one. I turned my smoothing down to 0 merely out of curiosity to see how it would end up.

My favorite one of this round. Great story. The animation could've been better, but I'll forgive it due to the time constraint. I look forward to seeing more from you!

Definitely awesome. I like it when people try to create a compelling story with characters that never move. you did an amazing job at that! I never got bored for a second! My one complaint is the drawings themselves. They look pretty sketchy and unfinished, but that's what a time limit does to you I guess.

Your animation style gets me excited in all the right places. But honestly, this was cool! I liked it. The colors were a bit messy, especially in the flashbacks, but besides that, great work.

Sooooo abstraaacct. I love it. I can't afford one, but if I did I would put a ring on it. My critique would be to put more stuff into the background. I know that's not really your style, but I think you could express more emotion with some more backgrounds every once in a while. Think about it...

I liked how cute you made it feel, considering this is about the grim reaper. I liked the simplicity of it. I didn't even get bored because of it. Good stuff!

The idea was awesome! I really liked how you didn't read all of the facts, because that would've gotten pretty boring. I wish the video was a bit longer though, to see what other troubles the shirt would get the main character into.

[Third Law]

Ooooo I really liked this one! I loved the art style. The point of the video came across perfectly. The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't any story and characters to follow. It felt more like a fun lesson about the duality of life. But If that's what you were going for, then it was great!

Yeah, this wasn't meant to be a narrative piece but more of an existential reflection. Now that i'm in to the novice round I am going to try for more narrative work, this is overall a big experiment for me. Thank you so much for the positive feedback!

UUughh I want to see the complete version! This was so gooood! I really like your art style. It's very appealing. It's hard to critique your video, since it's pretty unfinished, so I'll just say that I liked the parts that were animated and the story.
